Brain and Spine Problems

My patient has been suffering from headache since the last seven days. At the very beginning, she had lots of vommitting and after consultation with local doctor and medical investigations, she has been diagnosed with Venous Sinus Thrombosis. Doctor has prescribed Dabirex 110. Please advise for further treatments.

From several months I feeling dizziness and it is gradually increasing last year I did MRI Brain which comes normal...is there any need to do again Brain MRI or which test I shoud do for it ... Is there any chance to grow a tumour in span of one year...

Sir, Patient suffering from one sided severe headache past one month from now meanwhile we visited doctor who gave medication for sinusitis initially and it is omitted as sinusitis as there is no improvement. We met a neurologist this time and CT scan was taken no diagnosis could be made gave medication for a Migraine and again MRI-Brain,MRV, MRC is taken consulted with Neurologist but there is no conclusive diagnosis is made. Pain reappears once medication for Migraine is stopped. Kindly provide the guidence for the further treatment.

I am feeling Dizziness while laying down. Need to consult regarding some test reports. I have fractured leg since then I am not feeling well.

I have pain under the jaw near the hyoid bone. I was prescribed a nerve pain medicine. Since few days I have been pressing too hard on right carotid artery as the pain is just near it. Can pressing or rubbing carotid artery too hard, several times in few days lead to some serious issues? Like tearing of artery or anything?

Sir/Ma'am I am 27 yr old male. Since last week I am feeling a current of low intensity type sensation in my fingers and thumb of the left hand. Since last 3 months I further have shakiness and tremors of very low amplitude in both the hands and thumbs. Head tremors is also felt. Muscular Fasiculations is also felt and seen many times throughout day and night on both side of the body and random locations. These symptoms are not very intense but still disturb at mental level. Kindly advice whether its a normal thing due to stress or related to lesions in brain or serious neurological disease. Thanks

Sir I am facing some mentally problem. I can't determine what is happening around me. Whenever I sleep then i saw some fearsome dream and I wake up suddenly and I can't determine what is happening myself. But Whenever I am not sleeping then I feel well but after sleeping some things feared me. This is happening from about 10 days. Sir please give me some advice about this. The symptoms of PTSD is related to my illness. Sir please solve this.

I am suffering from headache from last few days (arround 10-15) .. I dont feel the pain in any particular area of my head .. whenever I start thinking about anything my head starts paining sometimes I feel the pain in my eyes too ... my biggest problem is right now I'm feeling like something is moving inside my head all the time specially when I do nothing .. while bending down I feel dizziness ... please help me out for my problem and let me know the solution
