I have sudden repeated headache on the right top of my head from last few months, which even sometimes repeats when I wake up in the morning. Please suggest me what could be the possible reason for this or what treatment should I consider?

Lupirtin 100mg, tapal er 50, pregabalin sr 75, tolifast 150. can I take this.

65 years old male having diabetes and heart condition ( had heart attack at age of 40) Currently facing burning sensation in sole of left foot. Icing is done regularly which gives temporary relief Taking meds for sugar and heart condition and sugar is under control. Also the sensitivity in both feet has decreased over time. What should be done next? Pls suggest Do we need to take some meds or some home remedies can do, Also what should be given or avoided in food in such condition. Thanks in advance.
