I have headaches frequently and had dizziness and back head pain in june 2020. I have done MRI. attaching MRI brain. Is there everything normal?

You are asking about scan or yourself?
Scan has no value as normal or not doesn’t solve ur problem. Do u have neck pain?
Need to keep active and do regular exercises
Avoid electronic devices and mobile at night especially before bedtime.
Sos painkillers.
