Felling Swaying 24*7
I am diagnosed with right sided bppv . 2 eplys have been given . Some of the problems are solved upto lil bit. But still i am felling like swaying 24*7 which i was felling earlowr also. Having stiff neck. If i bend my head forward I feel heaviness in temple part. Done Brain MRI also but doctor told its all ok. After travelling when i stios swayings increase a lil bit again it decrease. After bending my head forward when i bring back head to normal position i fell like imbalance. Plz guide me on same.

Swaying can be due to BPPV and also due cervical spondylosis with myelopathy. So get an ENT consultation and also get an MRI cervical spine
