Pulling Leg pains and pains in feet and fingers. Aggrevares a lot during night and sustains constantly during whole day too. Whole night deprived of sleep. As I work, I am not able to handle the day properly because of sleeplessness.

Bilateral leg pains can be due to neuropathic pains because u have diabetes too. Other causes can be due to sciatica or slipped disc, and varicose veins. For these to evaluate u need to get vitamin b12, NCS, MRI to be done
