Too pain in left leg

My mother is 54 yrs old.6yrs back she had surgery bcoz of road accident.now after many yrs my mother getting pain from butt to feet.the pain is like pinching with something.dr told to do MRI.plz find attach the report.plz tell me what precaution i have to take..is there any serious matter.i m so worried.plz help what will be the treatment.will it cure plz help me
