Is it possible that due to meniscus tear type in knee ..leg nerve from back becomes inflammed or irritated ?

Hello Doctor, 2 weeks ago I slipped my Leg and fell on my lowerback ( slightly towards the left side). It hurts a lot whenever I lie down on my back or try to sit or walk. I took ACCECLOWOC-P for 3 days after visiting nearest RMP. But the pain has returned after the medicines are over. Please suggest a treatment to cure the pain.

I have ankle sprain since yesterday night and from morning having severe pain and unable to walk. I applied volini spray in the night and also 2 times from morning. Also tied elastic bandage. It's been 4 months my right side mandible lower jaw border pain and sometimes left side also but right side mandible border pain has been irritating me since February.. and sometimes right side throat irritation, discomfort. Previous medical record is Acid reflux.. But I have done 4 times endoscopy the report showing normal. I have also done X ray reverse Towne View digital and it is showing not much elongated Styloid Process. Now what should to do? I am feeling very nervous and scared.
