A vascular necrosis
I recovered from covid last year oct 2020 I was in hospital given steroids for 5 days since then after few days I feel heavy leg cramps starting from ankle area mostly right leg and sometimes radiates to groin and bit in thigh I told physician I get uncontrollable pain in that region he used to say post viral and give ors solution can it be a vascular necrosis I saw in tv today that avn also has same symptoms can it be that ? The pain is present even when I am Lying down Thank you
