Calcium rich foods
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have been suffering from disc bulge since last year, I have had treatment, the orthopedic doctor advised to take more calcium from diet as I cannot forever depend on calcium tablets, I know that milk, yoghurt etc are rich in calcium however I have allergy from all milk products so can you please kindly advise me apart from milk products which foods I should consume so that I can increase my calcium intake through diet. Ragi, nachni, sattu flour, solid fruits like mango, cheeku, dry fruits like almond, cashew, all are rich in calcium.
