Bone & Muscle problems

I have a regular pain on above my ancle, i have checked by doctor in January he prescribed me a medicine for 1 month but i have not got any relief from pain.

My name is A N Karthik and i have started doing Yoga and for reducing my belly i am using tummy trimmer.I do dumb bells exercise also.It takes nearly 1 hr to complete the exercise.I have been doing these exercises for the past 1 month and have reduced my tummy but i feel sleepy and exhausted after doing the exercises.Please suggesr a suitable remedy for this

About 2 weeks ago while getting up from a chair I felt a sudden sharp pain on the left side of my lower back (even below). I don't think it is in any bone or joint. But the pain is persisting since then, and I am finding it difficult to sit for long, or bend and pick up things from the ground. Please advise!

Hello doctor, I am getting pain when I turn neck left/right/back side. I am not using pillow while sleeping. a month ago got this and it lasts for 10-16 days. Since yesterday it started again. Day before yesterday, pain started just below the neck(back side). Now I don't feel that pain but neck pain when I move around Please suggest what can I do

Sir/mam my brother had broken his ankle near 1 month ago and doctor had done plaster in the joint for nearly 21 days now sir the period was completed and now it's more than 1 week and I have cut his plaster at home because we can't contact to any doctor due to lockdown...and now from 2 to 3 days his broken ankle is paining...I made him to do little bit of exercises at home only.....But it's not effective...now sir/mam you only guide me what to do now. Thanks
