Bone & Muscle problems

I have been experiencing random pain come in my fingers , wrist , arm and stay, it's constant. Also back pain is their. Right knee has started to hurt a bit. These pain are their for sometime and then disappear for weeks and come back again. Please advise.

I have a mild cervical spondylosis issues from past one year.. and I had undergone treatment of it also MRI was done.. and the report was showing I have mild issue of cervical.. kindly guide for further treatment because still I m not recovered from these decease

Since last 1.5 year every day I have lower back pain. MRI tells L4 and L5 herniated disc. Doctor told it may pinching nerves as well. Tried allopathy, ayurvedic, phisio etc. Still I have backpain every time. Currently I am getting joint pain, neck pain, body nerve pain along with lower back pain. Don't we have permanent solution for slip disc other than surgery. If I do surgery what are the consequences? Can I become as normal as before like running, playing etc. Thanks

My mother has steel rod in her right hand , it is there for more than 20 years. She is skeptical taking ct scan and mri scan due to bad effects of radiations? In general is there any guideline on keeping gap between two scans for a person like my mom?
