Bone & Muscle problems

Since last month he was having dizziness and wometting for 4 to 5 tines .he also have pain in neck and head.

Suffering leg fingers pain from past 5 days. From yesterday onwards he is taking Voveran 50 Ge  table but no use. It dont relief pain. Please suggest me which table should to be use.

My Mom is having severe pain in her knees (both) and waist. In Dec 2020 has been operated for Fybroid. Due to which has gained little weight. Her knees were injured years back due to fall and accident she met with. Her knee and waist is hitting very bad. Kindly suggest some oil so I can massage her and anything else if possible

My father has visited orthopedic clinic for cervical spondelis...he was having dizziness for 4 to 5 times since last month and vometting at the same time..he has neck nd head  pain as well.the Doc suggested to take MRI for cervical spine and Brain as well.and one more test that is NCV ul and  ll...so my question is why brain MRI is suggested and what are the possibilities about spine MRI.

Is it possiable to fold hand near to shoulder with plaster in hand (only hard from back and cover by cotton bandage from front )by doing exercise. How much time it need to remove plaster after surgery

Sir, I have been asked to take the tablet vitamain D tablet 60000 IU weekly once. After the first dose(next day), I took the vitamin D total test. In the result, the level is 57 ng/ml. Is This normal value is due to my first dose? Please suggest me. Thanks sir.

My father aged 80 years. He is unable to lift his right leg and walk. Mri scan done.dislocation of diaphragm in spinal cord. He is undergoing physiotherapy. Traction treatment is going at home itself. But he unable to lift his leg. For how many days he has to go for treatment, and is there any other treatment or medicine for this
