Hip join Orthrosis
Hi, I have attached my hip joint image , I want to know about status about it . Please look into this and let me how to contact you for details . Order of X-ray is latest one is last.Dr have suggested me for arthrosis but suggestion is different from MRI so I want to know exact status.please let me know status of both hip joint.

Your information regarding this is not sufficient. In x-ray you have Avascular necrosis of hip joint. In which head of thigh bone is going to damage because of hampered blood supply. It happened due to not clear cut condition but cause is known like chronic alcoholism, long term pain killer taking, post trauma etc .

Looks like avascular necrosis of Hip (AVN) ; more likely if you have Hip/ Groin Pain .

Any history of  chronic alcohol or any medication.  Looking like AVN hips left more than right ,
