From one month I am getting right leg hip joint pain. I don't have any back pain. Consulted doctor for any back pain and in MRI also it looks fine. For right hip joint got x-ray. It looks fine. But this pain is not going at hip joint for only right leg. What may be the causes? and solutions.. TIA

Commonly hip joint pain occurs because of friction between bones and muscles (bursitis). It will get cured completely. Please check your uric acid levels once.
