Can you help me to find out what is this Yesterday evening it's swollen it's not painful But what do I need to do

I had a lot of discomfort from 4 -5 months in my neck with lot of pain and poor life quality, Consulted multiple doctors with all medications but no relief, even did physiotherapy best from my end,reports saying I have a myospasm in my neck leads to straightening that's not going, so please help me out to come out of this problem. Hi Sir, today I fell down from 3 feets height because some wire interrupted in my legs .so I couldn't able to balance myself and fell down on earth . My total force suddenly on left hand. So my left hand became shapeout. I went to orthopaedic .He taken an x-ray .I will attach the same .can anyone tell me what's was happened to my hand .how many days will it take to cure. On 04/05/2021, I was trekking and slipped down on a big stone in sitting posture. I got a hard jerk in my tail bone and since then it continuously paining. Even I could not sit and lay down properly and even cannot put weight on a single leg.

The left side of my body is paining badly, its been 3 days, i tried applying volini but it still pains badly

My mom is in serious pain jn legs.. Doctor given these medicine, is it serious issue because no doctor is able to cure it.

I am have pain around the knees as if there is a wound. This pain is not continuous. I guess it happened due to sitting on chair for hours everyday. Is this temporary? How can I prevent it from worsening? Should I sit with legs straight to relieve the pain? Will that help?
