Bone & Muscle problems

My grandmother is suffering from pain neck to arms. Its been 5-6 days she take medicines but didn't get any relief. Kindly please tell what should we do. as per the attachment the medicines mention which is giving to her by the doctor.

It's nearly 3 days my grandfather has pain in the area which is mentioned by his fingers it is a kind of severe pain and didn't go without pain killer due to this pandemic I am not able to take him outside , anyone please help me with this as my grandfather is old and from 3 days it is paining a lot, sometimes the pain is gone and when it comes it is sever.

Acute knee pain for a while... after doing some 100 m slow jogging the pain has started .. the pain is persistent

This happens with nothing heavy Workout, when casual work just tik sound or feel in lower back and next day it pains like hell. We can't even sit,stand or properly walk. What to do for this. Pls help

Hi, I had a very small hairline fracture in one of my wrists when I fell down about 5-6 years ago. I got normal medicines and consultations/x-rays at the time but the doctor said that the place of injury was such that very little blood flow reaches that place and hence it will take a very long time to heal completely. He was almost adamant that I shouldn't really worry about it that much and not stress the hand very much and it'll heal on its own in a very long time. Though the wrist doesn't hurt when resting but whenever I exert excess pressure or force on that hand, it still hurts at that place. Any medicines/supplements or something else that I can do to improve the pain or condition? Thanks.

My doctor suggested a medicine NAVIGEN OD for my mother but iam unable to find in my city can any medicine be taken in substitute of this medicine with Same composition of salt?? Online it is showing lubrijoint OD BUT it is of 1500 mg can it be given?

I have habit of sleeping on stomach with hand and wrist under the thighs. I didn't get any problem so far. But, can it cause problem in long-term?
