This is mallet finger in which extensor tendon get injured and more powerful flexor tendon action occurs result in flexion of distal interphalangeal joint. Can be traumatic. Need more information and clinical as well as Radiological assessment.

Mostly mallet finger. Get xrays done and share. Need surgery for sure for deformity correction.
