Bone & Muscle problems

I am having mild knee pain since few days maybe due to prolonged sitting working on laptop for hours everyday. What could be the reason? How can I prevent this from becoming a bigger problem?

I had a surgery in 2020 and in my left leg one road and plate was implanted. When can it be removed?? Or will it be there forever. Right now I am able to walk properly, only thing I can't bend my knee of the left leg due to it.

My Right heel paining very badly from 1 month... I hv problems for walking. Yesterday I was done x ray.... Report shows  Right heel spur. How can I relieve pain and what is home remidial ?

My mother is heart patient and has both knee oa. Recently she had hard swelling and pain n both leg. Doctor suggested to go for Cartikool Capsule, Shelcal-OS and Flexon Tablet for a week. The other doc suggested to go for Shelcal-500, Calcitriol 60000IU, Diclofenac 100mg + paracetamol 325mg, Thiocolchicoside 4mg. Please advise for clarity knowing she has existing heart patient. Nerve on right  hand are swollen. Back pain while standing ,it will increased.belt is used on daily basis.

Hi, I suffered an injury on my right hand's pinky finger in January 2020. I consulted a doctor near to my place and he was a sports injury specialist. He advised me to use a splint. The finger was kept on splint for around 6 weeks and I needed to visit him again. He advised me not to use splint anymore and suggested to use physiotherapy. I proceeded with the physiotherapy but after 3 months the finger was slightly crooked and has been this way since. I am sharing some photographs for the same. I experience a mil pain while pushing my finger to above normal pressure and it provide a bit of unease at time. Specially after lifting up weights in the gym,etc. Please provide me a solution so that my finger can be straight again. The doctor told me It would be better to visit asap.. mobilization under anesthesia works best when done early.. and that a mobilisation if required should be performed. Please help!

I am suffering from heel pain in right leg for the past 5 months.The heel pain is severe in the morning.The pain hampers the day to day activities.

Sir please tell me that cervical radiculopathy of right side can also cause throat of that side ? My left side of the body is totally fine but my right side of the neck, shoulder and throat is affected . And my ent specialist said my throat is totally fine , so I want to know that cervical radiculopathy can cause throat pain?

Hi dr I have a spam, Due to this cervical spam is that we get a pain in the shoulder and near the chest... And also some nerve pulls in the left leg.

Im having a weird jaw pressure every time.. Its not a pain but some kind of pressure and i dont feel normal.. Visited dentist, said no tmj issues on physical examination.. It happens most when i lie down, what must be other cause of it. Thanks
