Scapula pain
I have an intense pain on a particular point on left scapula bone. The pain is on right lower side of scapula. On pressing and while doing some activity it hurts. On laying straight pain relieves. I am feeling tingling also in my left hand. My cardio tests are normal.

Pain at that site can be due to tendinitis of rhomboid major muscle, which attaches to the particular area of your pain. Tingling, on the other hand can be due to nerve compression at the level of the neck or in the arm. Both need to be confirmed with detailed history and physical examination.
Next Steps
Get an orthopedic consultation to diagnose the issue.
