Having back pain at a single point..
I have little back pain at a single point and it's not constant, it comes sometimes when I do heavy workout or sit for more then 4-5 hour in a position.. And fades when i don't do these kind of things for 1-2 days and don't some back until I repeat same. I started 2 years ago when an 5 year old kid jumped on my back. Is it serious or worrying issue
