I have been experiencing pain in right knee since 10 days after getting recovered from covid unable to climb stairs plus if I stand after sitting for a while my knee makes a thud sound

Pain at back shoulder blades, shoulder and neck from yesterday. Please suggest any medicine with days or tests.

I am suffering from headache on my left-side with breathing difficulty and low diastolic pressure(48_57) from a year ,What could be possible reason and solution to this problem ?

Sir it's almost one year I am feeling pain in my left side near rib.but the main problem when I am doing any exercise like running the pain gone worst.the pain starts worst from left side to back side and also my chest.also I have done ct ngo but it is OK.also done mri of spinal cord it is ok.cant understand what is going.it is happening when I am doing any exercise and feeling stiffness in chest.

I am having some discomfort in my neck and shoulder area specially left. Lots of cramps and pain in left hand. I cant watch phone for long time.
