Back heel pain
Hello Doctor,
My heel(back part) hurts from few days, especially during morning.
I also gone through uric acid test and it was normal.
What else could be the reason and cure?

This heel pain which is more in the morning seems to be
PLANTAS FASCITIS
number of causes are there including hypothyroidism, diabetes, bad footwear
Next Steps
Take any painkiller which suits you
Put your feet in hot water containing salt to decrease inflammation
Check video for plantar fascia and Tendoachilles stretching excercises
Starts Vitamin D 60k once a week for 8 weeks
Health Tips
Follow up with me in 3 weeks
If not less we will get an xray done
