Having Dizziness
Hello, I get a feel of slight dizziness for quite some months. Mostly when I walk or stand for long time and during sitting on ground with no back support. Same when I sit on cushion chairs or car seat with slightly inclined backward I don't get dizziness. Am I getting dizziness due to my shoulder poster change ? I am in software field working on laptops and I know I have impacted my poster. Can you please let me know will this be a reason for dizziness? Any specific test or examination. can confirm this?

Yes but not shoulder posture but neck posture. Start regular exercises and avoid neck jerks.
