Pain in arm neck chest can be due to bad posture, which can be the cause of cervical spondylisis , bad posture is the most common reason behind neck or back pain specially in people having desk job Dizzeness can be due to internal ear or some other issues , see an ent surgeon for that or u can do physiotherapy, ask Physiotherapist for vestibular rehabilitation. Ear wax see ent and for scalp see a dermatologist

The problem you are describing seems unrelated to cerivical spondylosis. Report shows normal blood supply to brain. It can be vertigo. If it radiates to arm and chest you cannot ignore it. Visit a physician and rule out any other problem. Dandruff, wax coming out of ear etc such problems you need to show it to doctors of respective specializations.

Chest pain is seprate issue.. first consult for chest pain.. wax is because of ear problem.. vertigo and dizziness can be because of ear problem.. so consult ent surgeon for this... I think orthopedic issue is very less.. it will be solved by consulting physician and ent surgeon
