If the MRI shows no significant spinal pathology and your treating orthopaedician has ruled out cervical spine involvement, then dizziness associated with neck movements or in particular head positions may be due to an inner ear (vestibular) cause. It is advisable to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Your symptoms of dizziness during neck movement along with persistent neck and spine pain could be due to cervical spondylosis with possible cervical proprioceptive dysfunction or cervicogenic dizziness, often seen after delivery because of poor posture, lifting the baby, and low vitamin levels. Even though you’re taking supplements, the issue might now be more mechanical than nutritional.
Next Steps
Physiotherapy is important. Start neck exercises with a trained physio to improve strength and posture. Vestibular therapy may help if dizziness continues. See a neurologist if you feel weakness, tingling, or balance issues. Avoid sudden neck movements, long mobile use, or bad sleeping posture.
Health Tips
Use a thin pillow, stay hydrated, and continue vitamin D long term. If no improvement in 4–6 weeks, don’t wait—get reviewed again.
