Hi, I'm suffering from pain under my feet since 5/6 months whenever I stand for few minutes it starts paining in both feets with little burning sensation on the skin and pain in the bone.. My legs also gets numb when I try to walk after giving some rest to the feet due to the pain And I also have a back pain since long time if I stood or sit for too long at work or at home... Would like to know What might be the reason for this pain as I'm in a Sales department where I had to stand most of the time at work..

Seems like a slip disc issue. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon or spine surgeon. He’ll examine you, guide you to get an MRI done and then take a decision based on findings. Many times a surgery for prolapsed intervertebral disc beings quick relief in pain.
