Hey My self Paras i had ElbowJoint fractures and its have been more then 7 years. I  had problem with my elbow . My elbow  was not working properly . It stuck into 90 dgree  i cant move to 180 dgree my fingers are working everything was fine acpt that elbow cant move to 180 dgree what to do.. orthopaedic doc says that do exercise but i did its not worth to me any suggestions Please help me out any orthopaedic doc.. ? Even my left hand (elbow fracture hand) is weaker then my right hand

Hi Team, I have uneven rib cage. The left side is tight rounded and right side is weak and in v shape. I did extensive workouts running jogging but I cannot fix it. Because of it my shoulders are also uneven and even hips seems uneven. Can anyone help me to fix my asymmetric body. Thank you

Hello i got a knee pain i am unable to fold my leg if i do so i wont be able to open it my knee hurts my sides and back side of the knee hurts cant stand for long. Because of that pain and stretch my whole leg pains whenever i start working out of i sit for studies for long period of time with my legs folded i usually start feeling the pain and now its getting more ! Kindly help
