I am having pain in TRAPEZIUS MUSCLE since last 10 12 days.I didn't lift anything heavy.During this lockdown, my routine is just that I spend my whole day from study table to bed and mostly on bed. I have done some medications but that not works permanently.

The pain started 4 years ago still lying.taken a treatment but no result. Looking for permanent solution

Post covid i am having pain in my legs, is it because of nutrients deficiency or not. The pain is not at a particular place, sometimes i am having it in thighs, sometimes in calf muscles.
