While i bend downward and the move upwards i feel pain inlower back are, although ilthe pain is acute and eases out within second but it has not improved since 1 month of yoga and exercise, the pain is rhere only when i come upward not while i am downward, i dont have any deficiency also had all my body test done .is it normal or abnormal.
