When you sleep there a relexation of muscles; which unmasks the pain due to inflammation. When you wake up the muscles contract again masking the pain component. Major role for such pain is played by the mattress on which you sleep. Try to use hard mattress for sleep. If not reduced you can anytime contact me for online consultation
Next Steps
Use hard mattress. Consult if pain persists
