Lower back pain while bending
Age 34 having back pain while bending. I have done x ray of lower spine. Is x ray ok or anything seriois. Should i go for mri. I wil be very thankful for ur support

Yes, you should go for MRI, as there is loss of lumbar lordosis ( straightening of Spine ) because of muscle spasm.

Your X ray shows stiffness of spine and loss of lumbar curvature No other bony abnormalities May be due to mechanical spasm Use medication for 10 days and avoid forward bending and take rest Cold or HOT fomentation

If ur pain haven’t reduced with in 10 days Get examined for this and if any weakness of your limbs and radiating pain and paresthesia of lower limbs better to get MRI LS spine to be done
