My doctor advices to give medrol 8mg for 10 days at 6AM can medrol be taken empty stomach ?? With that DC bone and navigen od 750

Hello Doctor, I have tmjd in my left jaw and i feel pressure around my left temporal and i feel like something is crawling under my skin. I also feel blood movement around my left temporal, forehead, and my cheeks. And the blood flow around the temporal seems to be restricted as if something is pressing on my nerves. What might be the cause? Is it because of TMJD or is something serious?
