I started playing throwball with kids. Initially all was good then my right arm started to pain. Still I continued to play and it continued to pain. I use to put ice pack and some relispary after match. Today I could just not play as pain was acute. Also some red spots seen on my right arm. Why is this happening. I m really enjoying to play with kids and want to continue. What should I do

I got operated for distal radius surgery on 1st june . Today 13th day but I am feeling pain cramps frequently at distal radius surgery site. I can move fingers but nerve pain coming some time. I have some questions can any one clarify please When does it starts both bones stick each other after the surgery? How can I assume that bone were started healing process? A little swelling is there in my fingers? Sometimes in sleep without my knowledge my surgery hand is suddenly moving(jerking) due to scary dreams frequently. Will this movements effect my hand recovery? I am feeling nervous about what is happening Feeling like I am lonely battling with my broken bone. How long pain lost? How can I check progress my own.

My 14 yr old son has knee pain for past 6 days, so I consulted an orthopaedic Dr. The doctor whom we met last night said that son's leg pain (MILD) is due to cartilage loss in his right knee. Since the boy is 106 kg, obesity has put stress on his right knee. Looking at boy's x-ray, he has prescribed: 1. *Alfa B2* ( Boswellia serrata extract and native collagen type II) 2. *P Dol SP* 3. *Flugesic - P But my point is that cannot a young teenager's collagen rebuild by itself?? Does he need all the above meds?

I have recently got a fracture in my right knee and it's a hairline fracture along with meniscus damaged, inside Ligaments are damaged and swelling and saviour pain are also there. It's been almost 30 days since I am wearing a knee brace and taking medication for support but swelling and pain is still there. Kindly suggest to me that what should I do now. Before 1 month I had right side lower back pain.suddenly it started painting from right side lower back to right leg till foot.now back pain reduced after 1 month but still I feel numbness ,tightness,in my foot and ankle.please help me doctor.

Bcoz of right heel pain When I get up in the morning I can't take few steps, but after a while it will be ok but now a days the pain is persistent all da day. Actually I don't use pillow n sleep on hard bed as I hav little back pain, shoulder pain n knee pain too I have taken Rabykem,sunflox,Acemiz-MR,Fynace-CQ,Holyvit-PG tablets after Doctor prescription n they r of no use to me n even more after leaving da tablets pain has increased. 2 years back I had some viral arthritis type fever after some medication I'm ok but not like fully back to normal in terms of flexibility n all. Though they don't obstruct my daily life I still have some pains in joints Shud I take Ayurvedic r allopathic medicine.. I'm confused Can I do exercises with weights to strengthen r Can I do Surya namaskaras r what yoga asanas n exercises can I do...pls suggest

Am suffering from back pain for few weeks. I felt the same pain after my chikungunya diagnosis in 2008 for few years. I tried using ayurvedic/allopathy pain gel. I feel pain if I sleep in floor without any bed. As am working in bank, i couldn't have much physical activity. I'll be sitting more than 10 hrs in office. Kindly guide to get rid of this back pain.
