Bone & Muscle problems

Several pain in heels and swallowing. A case of bone gap in heels as explained by dr. When x ray was done. Medication went for 2-3 weeks after a injection was given to cure the in the nerves, it gave relive for a while but after same condition persist. What to do now to recover from that as now it become hell. Please suggest the needful. Thank you Nidhi

Hello doc, am suffering sternum pain from 2 to 3 years I visited various doctors they had given me pain relievers but there is temporary relief but not permanently gone. I also done cardiac evaluation everything is normal ( ecg, echo and TMT). I always feel pain while I rotate my head and when I  bend towards and backwards. I also had left Neck pain, left shoulder blade below pain and pain in left elbow and weakness sometimes in left arm and leg. What's the problem associated with this??? Please help
