My father uric acid level is 9.3 . His right toe frequently gets swollen and pain. He is also on anti-stroke medication please advise if there is any natural way of lowering uric acid and frequent attacks. Please advise because already he is taking so many medicines

I'm getting fever every 25 days, 100 to 101°. It last for three days . Whn fever is the, I hv sever back pain near my tail boan. Earlier in Jan'21  developed UTI and it got subsided but it took 2 months. Fever continued , every 15days once I'm down with fever and back pain. Kindly suggest what to be done or what would be the issue. Whenever I get fever I get RTPCR done, all are negative till now.

My knees make cracking sound most of the time ..but there is no pain...i hear cracking sound when i bend or move my knees..sometimes even while walking..is it a cause of worry?? what should i do?

Hi for past 1 week my mother experience pain below her shoulder. Pain increase while touching also cnt move shoulder had 3 days lyser got pain relief for 3 days but pain worsen and now completed etoshine 90 mg but pain is continuously coming back not getting complete relief. What will be the possible causes ?

I faced a finger injury 2 months back due to basketball. The X ray reports indicated that it wasn't a fracture, but i faced tenderness in the finger and zero movement. Although it has started to move a bit now (index finger of left hand), but the skin in the area has discolored and turned black, and hasn't healed past 2 months. The movement is restricted to what is shown in the 2nd picture, the finger doesn't move beyond that. Please suggest me what should i do, and how long would this take to heal, and if everything is alright.

I get sudden sharp electric pain in area of inner knee(my main problem) , along with this , I also get leg nerve pain originating from spine , also causes whole muscle pain in my leg .This is only in right leg. I got done my MRI , which shows grade 2 signal posterior horn of medical meniscus . Also early degeneration. But doctor told this is not major. I am suffering from this from Feb 2020 and I got relief for 2 months only ..again this has started.. And sometimes problem becomes so major that even if I touch on leg ..then electric pain causes .. And it is somewhere connected with nerve I know . But I don't know ..I don't understand what is the problem and even I am doing exercises but problem is not solving . PLEASE ADVISE AND GUIDE ME ..

Suffering from sciatica since 3 weeks. 2 weeks ago consulted a doctor on practo, he suggested to take tablets of gabapin 100 and hifenac ( only if it pains, as it didn't pain much I didn't use hifenac) for 2 weeks. The pain reduced but numbness in the left foot heel hasn't gone completely. It improved little but not vanished. Please suggest any further investigation.
