After taking vaccine on my left hand, there is quite pain in injected aria and around it as well. Couple of days has been spend. So can I use relief gel or not.

Hi after being blessed by a daughter in 2019 October (c section) I started suffering from back pain by 2020 June I had slip disc, however I recovered from it in 3-4 months but the back pain persisted if I do much work or lift weight etc as I had a baby I had to lift my daughter when she cries which i cannot escape from ! Eventually I started doing all household work n also taking care of my daughter without help n started having severe back pain !! I did work out few times to strengthen my core muscles but it was not possible to do it every day Suddenly couple of days ago when I bent to drop my daughter on floor I felt a glitch or maybe a blip or jerk in my back bone L3 i suppose !! I'm on bed rest I'm able to walk or sit but stil have pain when I try to tilt my lower back, not sure what it is !! As I'm in US currently I haven't got an appointment to meet Orthopedic too !! Any advice on how to check if it's slip disc or slip vertebrae ? Any help or any advice doctors ?

Hello sir, yesterday i lied down in a wierd position for too long in sofa.and after getting up i got a spine pain.the pain increased gradually in the night to such an extent that any wrong movement during walking ,sitting gives me sharp pain in my spine.please help sir

I fell down from bike in January, and I got strike the road from my left side of hip...Now it has swelling and some pain in the hip, waist and across the thigh...On doctor's prescription I'm taking etoricoxib 90mg tablets for 35 days as doctor said it is arthritis inflammation... After examine and taking x-ray... I can't even sleep to the side...As there is some swelling on left side of the hip... Please suggest me...Thank u..

She is hving pain in her ankles thru out d day when she walks around the house.. at night her whole legs including her thighs to toe hurts badly.. this is happning frm last 3 mohths what to do..her heels also hurt badly
