Bone & Muscle problems

I took vaccination 10 days before but after that some time I felt little jerk anywhere in body like when I put one leg on another,don't know it's due to acidity or what, but now since 3 days having mild pain in back thigh.

I have right arm pain for almost 3 months now.The pain radiated to my neck and shoulder after I got covid.Right hand weakness is present.A little bit feeling of spasm in right thigh and leg as well.Not much pain.Muscle relaxants are not helping. (Nervijen,nucoxa,tolperitas d).Mri cervical neck,spine screening,NCT,autoimmune blood tests all fine.B12 is fine.Thyroid fine.Pain is predominantly in the right shoudler and arm.No disturbances in sleep at all.Gets better during evenings.I had on and off phsyio,didnt help much.What is causing this issue then.

Chest muscles pain is exist since 8 month at a single location. Please tell the way to recover from this.

My father is 67 years of age and has diabetic nephropathy. He is taking his regular medication. Diabetic from last 27 years and kidney ailment from last two years. Now, from last five days he is getting fever on and off and experiencing extreme pain in his foot. Upon checking we noticed a nail in his sleepers which was the cause of pain. His foot was swollen, bluish, red and sore. We consulted the doctor immediately and he was administered some injections for three days. It gave him bit relief from pain and swelling but fever persists. He gets fever and chills at times and then sweats a lot when fever comes down. Today as per doctors advice we got Doppler test and some blood tests done. Not sure what exactly is the situation is but we have been told that their are calcium deposits because of which blood flow isn't proper. Doctor has asked to wait for another two days and then will advice further. Can someone please check the reports and tell whom should we contact further...

My wife is feeling pain in ankle since a day or so. I touched the affected area and she felt more pain. But not unbearable pain. I saw slight swelling in the area as show in attachment. Right ankle. Not sure if it is swelling. Or appearing to be. Not injury or accident happend. What over the counter medicine n ointment we can try now. Pics showing pen marked. No other problem she has. She takes medicine for thyroid. Thyronorm .25. daily 1Thank you all

Is it ok to take paracetemol 500 mg ( zerodol) twice a day daily. Or Can diclofenac be taken once in morning ok daily For throat pain which is not normal it's very severe at times

Today Fell down while running. There is slight pain at right leg upper thigh above the knee. But I can able to walk. If I put some weight/pressure then pain got increased.. Please suggest any medicine.. Or do I need to consult doctor..
