I drove for 12+ hours to Manali at a stretch, with some breaks, and after half of the journey I started having neck pain. I am trying to do home remedies and exercises however the pain has been persisting for 14 days and extended to lower waist pain. Pls guide on next steps. I am planning to get orthopedic mattress . Should I go for physiotherapy? I am confused on how I should cure pain.

Hello Doctors, Everyday I wake up with ankle pain. Its been more than 6 years that every morning when I wake up an walk my ankles hurt so much. It started happening now when I get up and walk after sitting for a long time. My BMI is overweight. I'm trying to loose weight. But please let me now that other than overweight can there be any underlying medical condition for this pain or its just due to my weight.
