My wife left wrist and thumb be pain for one month. She doesn't take any medicines. She doesn't get any harm from anything. She gets suddenly. What should I do

My father (age 52 years old)  has a hyperpigmentation on one of his ankle bone for some weeks now. Recently it has swelled up and there is slight numbness in that area. But there is no pain. I have attached a photo of the area. What could it possibly be?

Sole of my feet and joints at the back of my feet in both legs hurt a lot as soon as I stand up and start walking. Once I walk for a while the pain gradually reduces. Comes again when I start walking from resting. What is the cause for this. How can I reduce this

Mother has taken 1month before vaccine.from few days she have a left hand pain from that  she cannot able to work.for reason that much pain.

Hello I am 31 years old. I have been running regularly for the past 3 years and gradually have increased. In 2020 i would run 5 kms thrice a week. In 2021 i started running 10kms twice a week and 5 kms once a week. Sudden tingling sensation in heel has started. It feels like something inside my heel is opening up like a Velcro when i stretch. I have been resting for almost 10 days now without running on doctors advice. The sensation has persisted and not changed at all.

I have developed a swelling on my right foot near the big toe from wearing ill fitting shoes. The swell feels tender and hard.

Mother is having pain in between buttocks and swelling also.Need to see a orthopedic doctor or general surgeon or general physician?

Any good ankle specialist in Pune ? Where i can visit and get consult by showing my MRI report. I have been suggested surgery. Want to take second opinion. Any lead would be great help
