Good Morning Doctors, My mother slipped in rain and she is suffering from foot sprain and she is unable to walk what should I do so that she could have some relief.

So it is difficult for me to do daily chores with this unbearable pain..I applied hot bag and took hot water bath it is not recovering .please help me what to do. I tested positive on may 16th. Had mild lung infection. Took xray few days ago it showed lung zones are clear now.

I had got light shoulder pain, applied oil, and the massage was done. After the massage the next day, it's paining even more. Took pain relief tablets yet not working. Please help
