I have always had varicose veins but now want it treated. Please help. My body skin is thin so veins are visible on arms and chest

Hi Just visibility of veins is not considered varicose veins it is the presence of incompetent valves
Next Steps
You would have to consult a general surgeon for it’s treatment and it depends on the grade of varicose veins
Health Tips
For legs a stocking can be used meanwhile A pillow under legs while sleeping
