ATFL partial ligament tear
I twisted my right ankle 6 months back and was having some pain. So, 1 month back did MRI and its showing partial ATFL tear moderate grade. Dr suggested to undergo the surgery. But now i am not feeling any pain in my ankle while walking or performing any activity. Still do i have to undergo the surgery ? Or i can skip it ? Please help me. Its schedule for tuesday.

No need for surgery if you don't have any clinical symptoms. Avoid surgery in absence of clinical symptoms.
