I sprained my ankle and as my doctor suggested I am wearing a tenor ankle binder but after half an hour of wearing it, I am experiencing good amounts of pain. It is tight enough that I cannot bend my ankle.should I continue to wear it or get a bigger size one or should I remove it.?

Ankle binder offers no rigid immobilisation, it is of no use in ankle sprain.
Moreover, immobilisation is needed for 4-6 weeks in ankle sprains for complete recovery.
Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help.
Next Steps
Try getting a walking cast done or airboot.
Health Tips
Do not bear weight over ankle binder...it will further exaggerate injury.
