Shoulder pain
I'm geting shoulder pain everytime I give a little stress: writing for sometime, cutting strong vegetables, or even painting for a while. Two years back when I faced a similar issue, I was told that it's a deficiency of vitamin d and b12. I do shoulder & arm exercises intermittently to relieve this pain. Please advise.
