My mother age is 65 and suffering from knee pain I am unable to treatment her for costly so I want to pain manageable prescription plzzz My dad is no more and I am student Plzzz proscribe treatment for my mom knee pain

Abnormal weird sensation over the lateral 3 toes of right foot since 3 months , associated with pulling sensation over the medial aspect of foot near navicular bone and mild swelling over dorsum of foot over navicular and intermediate cuneiform bone since one month. Patient was managed with tab cipzox BD for 10 days , tab Chymoral forte BD for 7 days, Tab shelcal for 30 days , tab methylcobalamine 1500 ug for 30 days but no relief achieved.
