Pain in back of both shoulder
Since three months I'm having pain in back of my both shoulders,upper arms and at night my arms go numb from shoulder to finger tip. Also i feel pain in both my hips and my legs feel weak than before. Please check my xray attached. I have done basic blood tests they are norml only b12 is low 150. One dr prescribed few medicines for 20 days almost 15 days gone no relief. Pentanerve -m Depcoxib-th Mapwal-dsr

Hi Problem might be nerve compression in your neck Xray doesn’t show bony issue as such
