Foot pain, heel pain , muscles stiffness
I have diagnosed planter fascitis done heel xray report was normal. iam suffering from 1nd half years wearing soft slippers at home doing stretching exercises at home it gave me some relief but when I walk or stand long again it hurts.from few months I am having muscles pain stiffness sometime cramps difficult y in getting stairs . sometime getting shin pain ,knee pain. I have started doing stretching exercises for foot and knee adviced by physiotherapist. have done health checkup also. uric acid is normal . T3 ,t4 is normal but TSH is 8.36 Vitamin D is 57.55 nmol/L. Is this due to vitamin and mineral deficiency? Should I take magnesium supplement with vitamin D? Which supplement to take?

Plantar fasciitis is a chronic condition, it is mainly depending on weight, if more weight of body , then that weight is transferred to foot
