Wrist pain
I have ulnar side wrist pain since approximately 2 months. This event occurs spontaneously. I am a badminton player. My wrist not pains while rest but it's pain when I play badminton or pull something at particular angle or lift heavy objects at particular angle. I don't play badminton since 2 months and giving rest to my hand. But there is no improvement in my hand. Local doctor took xray and say no problem in wrist take rest for sometime. I brace my wrist and ice it twice in a day. Please suggest me best medicine or exercise.

It's probably due to tenosynovitis or some soft tissue sprain. Please consult in clinic or via video consultation. May need to get an MRI done.
