15 days ago i had lifted heavy weights roughly 45 kilo on My back at Farm. I jad pain on lower back and was diagnosed with mild dis bulge of L4 amd L5. My paim was reduced in lower back after physiotherapy. I am now experiencing pain om gtrater trochanter while ealking etc it is painful .
1) should i rest complete or do basic l4 l5 recovery excercise
2) whats good cold pack or hot pack?
3) any idea whats wrong?
