Bone & Muscle problems

I am observing frequent popping sound when moving elbow or knee joints . There's no pain at all . Even if I stay very active in the day , still the popping sound keeps coming What can be the reason ?

My elbow feels irritated and looks like something is not right specially when it remains in bend position. What should I take and what care is required to overcome this.

I have heel pain issues since last 3-4 year, 3 year back doctor suggest me to take prescription medecine, vitamin D, silicon heels pad, and hot and cold water shek, but still no permanent solution for this pain . Kindly help

My knee got injured during workout , it got healed some amount but not fully. Now after sitting long time i chair in folding knee position when i stand up , it becoming painfull.what should i do.

I examined my issue with a doctor and found its elbow ulnar nerve which causes severe pain. Knw that im taking medicine as prescribed but still does cure me and not sure how long it will take.. Any one suggest the best medicine for ulnar nerve damage and also the recovery time?? I have attached the medicine which im currently taking and does not seems to be improvement. I really miss my game to play..
