Bone & Muscle problems

Having lower back pain that is just above hip and pain goes in thighs and sometimes in calves. I have been taking MRs for 3 days now but it has not gone completely. Taking hot fomentation and bed rest too. There is still a problem

From last few days whever i do some work my shoulder and hand feel tired up and feel pain after few min gets normal. I take BP medicines and thyroid tablets 120mcg. Please help

I have intense pain in middle of my chest, right shoulder, palm, base of thumb and arm joint from last two week

Dear Doctors, my uncle aged 53+ is suffering from cervical spondylosis problem for more than 10 years. Consulted many doctors but all temporary solutions. He all of sudden gets weakness, unstable , neck pain etc. Also has BP and gastric problems. Can you please recommend right solution for him. Your help is really much appreciated. Many thanks.

Hello doctor, My father has a swollen lump under the skin of left arm since long. It's neither causing any pain nor increasing in size. But since last few days(3,4 days ) he has been experiencing pain near the elbow of left arm. Earlier to that, he had experienced pain near the shoulder joint of left arm. Now, the pain is near the elbow which is close to that swollen lump. We thought it's lipoma for that we didn't bother about that since beginning. His blood pressure reading is in normal range now and his cholesterol level is nearly okay. What could be the cause of pain in left arm ? Which medicine should he take ? I have attached the pic of that area. please advise. thank you.

MRI LUMBAR SPINE + SCREENING OF WHOLE SPINE What's the difference between the two? Is screening is different than actual MRI?

My Mom Fell down forward holdng phone in one hand.. So she supportd her full weight on other hand last week.. She had pain and swelling on wrist for 1 week.. She already had knee pain whch only aggravated due to fall.. Now pain on wrist reduced.. But full RoM is not possible.. Knee pain increased and she can't sit or stand without pain.. She had a MRI taken both for Knee and wrist.. Results are attached.. Pls suggest if Treatment needed or Just rest at home is enough as pain on wrist has reduced despite it being an Undisplaced Fracture of distal radial metaphyses.. Thank you for Reading it..

Mom has swelling in Hands & Legs,and nerve pain in hands,RFT Test results shows uric acid 5.8, she is already taking few tablets as per doctor advice since 3 weeks, nothing has changed, she is unable to fold fingers and swelling pain in palm too,she is cardio & diabetic patient.
