Lower back Pain from 3 months Mri report uploaded Tell me how to cure And can I do physical exercise Play games?? Is it serious

I am having cracking sound from my ankle while walking. There is no pain but dont know why it sounds like cracking and the sound is loud. Can someone please help what causes this sound and what can i do to overcome this? I have attached the pic, the sound comes from highlighted part.

Two days back Slipped from stairs onto right side. Fell on with pressure on the right shoulder and elbow, hit my right hip and knees as well. Applied moov and leg pain subsided, however right hand feels weak, unable to lift heavy things, apply pressure, raise my hand up and aches on touch. Is it normal? Should I wait for few more days? Should I be concerned

Grandma had knee replacement Surgery on March then she somehow able to walk. May month got infected severe had knee revision surgery on june. Passed 5month she s not able to walk and she is getting more swelling around knee and seems increased weight. PT provided but no cooperation, she s not able to get herself. What is going to happens?
