Bone & Muscle problems

Mother aging 58 having cervical pain in neck and shoulder. Exercises seem to be not helping much. Can legs heaviness and sometimes numbness be also due to cervical.

It's been 5 weeks after knee MCL injury I'm now walking normally and can treadmill for 10-15min without any problems.but when i sit for sometimes with folded leg it's painful while making it straight and also I feel not completely recovered how many more days needed for complete recovery

I need to understand what the doctor has written in the prescription about the medicines. I basically need to know when to take which medicine.

Dear sir/madam, Volar plate with locking screws placed in my right wrist distal radius bone10 year back. Now EPL tendon ruptured. It teared in to two pieces. EPL tendon transfer done using pl graft. Please answer below doubts. How EPL tendon rupture happened? How EPL tendon teared in to two pieces? What is tendon? Do tendons heal like bone healing? Tendon healing means do both tendon join together naturally? When it will join naturally? How do I ensure that tendons healed? What foods do I need to consume for faster tendon healing?

In past 1.5 years I dislocated( partially not fully) my shoulder 6 times.. This is my MRI report and x-Ray doctor told no tear.. Only muscle weakness so physical therapy is needed and told if physical therapy won't stop subluxations then i may have to under go key hole surgery Is it possible subluxations without any tear?? Fresh one ( subluxation) i had today in the morning🙁 Please tell me what best can done to fix my shoulder problem. .. Or I have deal with it lifetime

I have a lot of pain in finger joint. It was hit by cricket ball in 2011, however hasn't pained since then. But for last 2 days it's paining a lot.

I had surgery on 5th October...on 25th December the plate was bent and fracture I have noticed...again in this xray the plate was broken...and bone was fractured again..I am attaching the xray...I just want to know If I ll leave like this..is there a chance that the bone will joint by itself...after removing the plate or we need to replate this
