Hello. I am 30year old. I am suffering from knock knees due to which I get pain in both the knees while sitting cross legged, running (sometimes). Identified this issue 1.5years back, have taken MRI and the report also suggested an issue. Is it okay if I do regular lower body exercises, like squats, running, etc?

My mother is having pain in left arm in every 2-3 days. 3months back she had similar problem with chest pain. We took ECG and echo-cardiography which was normal. Blood test was normal.please suggest what should we do?

I have shoulder pain for few months which is not going. I visited 2 3 doctors and did physiotherapy for 15 days but it is not get cured fully. I can't sleep in left shoulder side as it pains. I cannot lift weight with left hand. Is MRI the last option to get it cured fully or I have some other options as well?
